Cathy Santone, an honors graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Dentistry, has operated her own practice in Encinitas since 1995. She specializes in a wide variety of cosmetic dentistry procedures and works with her patients to get the results they desire.

Dr. Santone is 1 of 6 dentists in San Diego County and 1 of 236 in the United States to become an accredited member of the prestigious American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD).

Her intimate, cozy office is staffed by two extensively trained dental hygienists, two dental assistants, and a friendly, helpful front office staff. Dr. Santone and her staff are committed to providing comfortable, exceptional care, as well as excellent results to all of her patients.

Dr. Santone employs only the most advanced technology, including intraoral cameras, digital photography, high-speed curing lights, and digital radiography, in her mercury-free, contemporary practice. Safety and precision are among her top concerns.

Dr Santone is an accredited member of AACD and the current president of its Southwest affiliate in San Diego. She is also one of the founding members of the San Diego Advanced Dental Study Group, has been a member of the Summit Study Club since 1997 and is currently serving as advisor to the National Summit Study Club.


When not creating beautiful smiles, Dr. Santone enjoys sailing, running, diving, and spending time with her family.
